This condo is on Mammoth Mountain approximately a 0.4 mile drive to Canyon Lodge. Because of that, accessing the property during a heavy snow can require a four-wheel drive vehicle with chains.

one of us has allergies

One of the owners is allergic to pet dander, so no pets please. This unit is non-smoking as well.

watch your step

The entrance to the condo includes a short set of stairs and is not considered handicap accessible. There is also one small step from the main living area into the kitchen.
